Running for Congress
Greetings to All:
With the election season upon us, everyone is wondering who will seek election, re-election, etcetera. I have humbly and diligently served Garden City, Pooler, Port Wentworth, Savannah and Thunderbolt in the Georgia General Assembly as your Senator for eight (8) years - 2000 - 2008; and as your Representative for four (4) years) - 1995-1998.

After years of prayer and consulting with my family, we have decided that it is time that I offer myself for the 12th Congressional district. Words can not begin to express my gratitude to the 2nd District for the trust and confidence placed in me to represent you on the State level. I appreciate all of the support and prayers doing my tenure as a public servant.

I wish to continue providing to you the same service as your next Congresswoman representing the 12th. My commitment to public service in providing information, resources, integrity, honesty and accessibility will be unchanged. I trust that you will support me in this endeavor as WE work together in Congress to face the issues before us.
